Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings/12 patties
  • 1 pkg Falafel Mix (Pkg 3)
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) hot water
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) olive oil

Preparation


 
  • Place contents of pouch in mixing bowl. Add hot water and lemon juice. Stir until combined. Let stand 10 minutes.
  • Pan Fried:
    Preheat large Fry Pan over medium heat. Add olive oil. Using a tablespoon, drop batter into pan. Cook until golden brown (on both sides).
  • Baked:
    Preheat oven to 375° F (190 °C). Brush a Perfect Portion Muffin Pan with oil. Spoon batter onto prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes.

Tip: Serve 3 patties in pita with tzatziki, tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuce.
